What is your return policy for products purchased on our site?

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached for a full refund.
Do you ship to every state.

We can ship anywhere in the USA or overseas. Shipping is calculated upon checkout for states near Wisconsin. Any one ordering from overseas or multiple states away please contact us to get a shipping quote. We also allow pick-up orders.
I had an accident and my fabric ripped, can i order a new canvas?

This is a great question and we are very sorry. So the fabric while very tough is not invisible. We do sell new fabric for the whole ice shack it's all one piece. So when Tartus employees manufacture and assembly our ice shacks it's done in steps that make assembly easy and efficient. That being said the easiest thing to do is ship the ice shack or bring it back yourself and have our trained Tartus employees install a new one. Our employees at Tartus install these every day there quick and efficient.
How can I track my order on your site?

You can track your order by logging into your account on our site and navigating to the 'Order History' section. There, you will find detailed information about the status and tracking details of your order.
Are the sides and roof of the ice shack tight or loose?

Both! So the fabric needs to be movable and flexible when opening and closing. Once the ice shack is open there are lock down pins to tighten the roof and Velcro inside to tighten the walls if needed.
Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to various countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
What payment methods do you accept for purchases?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay for transactions on our site.
